How these are worked out. All figures in Australian dollars, read from Meta Ads Manager on 1 October 2026. A lead is a Meta lead form submission as Meta reports it. It is not a booked job, and it is not cross-checked against the CRM. Cost per lead is spend divided by leads. “1 in 5” is leads divided by link clicks, the closest available stand-in for how many people finished the form. The window starts in August 2025. The first two full months, June and July 2025, were the ramp, at $84.73 and $29.84 a lead, and are left out of every figure here.
